Chris McCoy is a writer, filmmaker and musician who has lived and worked in Memphis for 20 years. He co-wrote, produced and directed the 2004 feature Automusik Can Do No Wrong (which won the Best Hometowner Feature award at Indie Memphis) and the 2006 feature Eat. He played bass in the noise rock band New Intruders from 2000-2009. From 2002 to 2008, he was Senior Editor of At Home Tennessee magazine, and has written for The Memphis Flyer, Number and ArtsMemphis, among other publications. He is currently serving as a Live from Memphis Co-Creator, and directing Antenna, a documentary about the legendary Memphis punk club.
