The 2011 MVS - Holy $*#! What a Weekend!

The 2011 MVS - Holy $*#! What a Weekend!

The 2011 Music Video Showcase will go down in history as off-the-f’n-charts awesome. From the welcome party, to the panels at Memphis College of Art and Memphis Music Foundation, to the insane after-party at the Hi-Tone, this was one of LFM’s most memorable and well-attended events ever. This year we drew a crowd of about 850 - that's huge attendance growth over previous years!

And the showcases! Seeing three packed theaters at Malco Studio on the Square is amazing. Sure, you can watch a music video on the internet, but when your video plays on the big screen and a theater full of people cheer for you, that feeling can’t be beat.

We want to thank all the filmmakers and musicians who had videos in the Showcase. The level of talent not only from around the globe but from right here in Memphis was astounding.

And we have winners! So for those that missed it and those who want to relive it....
