Contemporary Christian Singers Dave and Beth Chenault chose to perform under their family name Chenault, not only because it is who they are, but because it is what they hope to do. "Chenault" is derived from the word "channel," Dave explains. So we thought: "What could be more appropriate than using our own name as we strive to be a channel for the Holy Spirit in our lives each day?"

Dave and his wife Beth couldn't imagine recording separate CDs and having separate ministries. "Our lives are joined, so we wanted our ministries and our music to be joined together; but we wanted the songs we sang to reflect what we each felt individually," says Dave. "To pull it all together we got a great producer we both trusted, went into the studio, and what you hear is what we got."
