Midtown Groove
Description:
Roommates at the time, Da Zeez and I were inspired to make a rap video.
Having always felt that Ace Frehley's "New Your Groove" would
make a popular hip-hop sample, I welcomed the opportunity to give it
a try. Applying Ace's original concept to the familiarity of midtown
Memphis, Da Zeez hooked it up with the local ladies and Rapitition was
formed.
